Cherry eggnog dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 jars of sour cherries
  • 1 bottle of eggnog
  • 2 cups of sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Drain the two jars of cherries thoroughly. Then place them in a bowl. Pour the eggnog over them and let it sit for 24 hours. Shortly before serving, whip the two cups of cream without adding any sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. But be careful: This dessert is quite something.
