Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg herb curd
- 1 dash of milk or oil
- e.g. garlic powder
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- e.g. paprika powder
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dip
Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. It goes well with boiled potatoes, but also works well as a dip for crackers or vegetable sticks.
