Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml fruit buttermilk (cherry flavor)
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • Butter and breadcrumbs for the mold
  • 2 cups of cream, 200 ml each
  • 1 pack of cream powder (paradise cream cherry flavor)
  • ½ jar sour cherries
  • 1 cup cake icing
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 ml
  • ½ jar sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

from a heart shape, approx. 12 pieces

Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Grease the heart-shaped baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Chop the chocolate and drain the cherries. Cream the butter (not too cold) with the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and buttermilk until fluffy. Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda, followed by the chopped chocolate. Pour the batter into the dish and bake for about 35 minutes. Every oven bakes differently; please test for doneness and extend the baking time if necessary. Let the cake cool slightly in the dish and then carefully turn it out. Cut the cooled base horizontally in half. For the filling, mix the paradise cream and cream with a hand mixer for about three minutes until creamy. Spread the cream on the bottom layer, arrange half of the cherries, and place the top layer on top. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Decorate the cake with icing, whipped cream, and the remaining cherries.
