  • 15 g flour
  • 20 g chocolate protein powder
  • 5 g baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 ml milk
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • n. B. Vanilla flavour powder
  • 40 g chocolate, dark

For the brownie, combine the egg, flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and milk. Microwave for 3 minutes at 750 watts. Meanwhile, combine the low-fat quark with the flavor powder and a little water until creamy. Let the brownie cool slightly and then carefully divide it with a knife to create 4 layers. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Now, layer two bowls: First, place one layer in each bowl, spread with a little quark mixture, spread some melted chocolate over it, and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate is crisp and firm. Next, add a layer of quark, then a layer of base, and finally more melted chocolate. Place both bowls back in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
