Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cherry(s), ripe, pitted
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 35 minutes

Puree ripe, pitted cherries. Beat eggs and sugar in a double boiler until frothy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Combine all ingredients and freeze. Remove from the freezer after 1.5 hours and stir. After another 2 hours, the ice cream is ready.
