Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of kefir
- 50 g blossom honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 200 g sour cherries, pitted
- 2 tbsp raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mix the kefir with the honey, cinnamon, and nuts and let it cool thoroughly. Divide the sour cherries and raisins among 4 bowls. Pour the kefir over the top and serve well chilled. This dessert contains approximately 305 kcal per serving.
