Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g morello cherries (jar)
- 150 g flour
- 150 g semolina (soft wheat)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g marzipan (raw mass)
- 3 tbsp whipped cream
- 120 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g sugar
- 150 g yogurt (whole milk)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- possibly grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with yogurt – enough for about 12 pieces
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper baking cups. Combine flour, semolina, and baking powder. Dice the marzipan. Heat the cream and mix with the marzipan until creamy. In a bowl, beat the butter, egg, and sugar until fluffy. Add the yogurt, flour mixture, and marzipan cream. Drain the cherries and stir in. Pour the batter into the molds or baking cups and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar. This amount should be enough for 12 muffins.
