Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 500 g quark
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
- ½ cup(s) oil
- ½ cup(s) milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 points cake glaze, red
- Tangerine juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
From the dough ingredients, make a dough and place it in a well-greased springform pan. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with the other topping ingredients, except for the egg whites and the mandarin oranges. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold the egg whites into the quark cream. Spread the quark cream over the dough and top with mandarin oranges. Bake the cake at 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 50-60 minutes. Once cooled, prepare the glaze with mandarin orange juice and drizzle it over the cake.
