Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter or margarine, melted
  • 220 g cherry(s) from the jar
  • 250 g flour
  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g yogurt or sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes 12 pieces

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine the flour with the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. In a second bowl, lightly whisk the eggs and stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter. Then stir in the yogurt and finally add the cherries. Stir both mixtures together and pour into muffin cups. Baking time: approximately 20-25 minutes.
