Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 2 tbsp mineral water
- 1 jar cherry(s) (720 ml)
- some fat for the tray
- 150 ml vanilla ice cream
- some powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the oven. Beat eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar until very foamy. Stir in milk. Stir in flour and mineral water, tablespoon at a time. Drain cherries. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately grease the parchment paper. Pour batter onto the pancake batter and arrange the cherries on top. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. Shape the ice cream into 4 balls or cubes. Sprinkle each pancake with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Roll up the pancakes using the parchment paper and cut into slices. Serve with ice cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
