Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 g Cold butter, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
For the filling:
- 1 glass Sour cherries
- 1 packet Pudding powder
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
Dough:
- Knead all ingredients into a crumbly dough. Line a springform pan with baking paper and fill in 1/3 of the batter, press it flat and draw a slight edge.
Cherries:
- Put the cherries in a saucepan with their juice. Add sugar and stir in the pudding powder. Bring to the boil while stirring, simmer for another 2 minutes and then remove from the stove and let cool down a little.
- Place the cherries on the cake base and crumble sprinkles on top of the cherries with the rest of the batter.
- Bake at 180 degrees, fan-assisted, approx. 40 minutes.
