Cherry stracciatella yogurt with almond topping

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Greek yogurt, creamy, 10% fat
  • 50 g chocolate, chopped, more if you like
  • n. B. Cane sugar, brown
  • 3 tbsp cherry juice
  • 50 g cherry(s), frozen or fresh, ready to cook
  • 4 tbsp almond flakes, preferably roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the chocolate, cherries, and cherry juice, and season with chocolate chips and cane sugar. Pour into glasses, top with the almond flakes, and serve.
