Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese or similar (to taste)
- 6 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 125 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Antipasti
Pierce the cherry tomatoes with a toothpick, dice the feta, and mix everything with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator. If you like mozzarella, you should try it with it.
