Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 large eggs
- 250 g flour
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g natural yogurt
- ½ package baking powder
- 40 ml mineral water
- 4 tbsp vanilla sugar
- some butter (to grease the waffle iron)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
light, fluffy and low in fat
Mix all ingredients (except the butter) thoroughly. Preheat the waffle iron and grease with a little butter. Bake the waffles one at a time until golden brown. Serve with berries, whipped cream, applesauce, Nutella, or simply powdered sugar.
