  • 1 ½ banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • n. B. Fruits, nuts or seeds of your choice

Peel the bananas the night before and place them in the freezer. Cook the frozen chestnuts according to the package instructions, then drain the water and place them in a blender. Add the almond butter. Remove the bananas from the freezer, slice them, and place them in the blender. Blend the chestnuts, almond butter, and bananas. Place everything in a bowl and garnish with fruit, nuts, or seeds, as desired.
