Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g chestnuts, pureed
- 2 tbsp cherry brandy
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 180 g butter, soft
- 300 g hazelnuts, ground
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 6 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
A quick, moist cake
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes.
