Lucerne gingerbread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter, melted
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 cup sour cream or natural yogurt
  • 200 g syrup (pear syrup) and some for spreading
  • 1 tbsp gingerbread spice, heaped
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A Lucerne specialty for the winter season, quickly prepared

Combine the melted butter with the sugar, milk, sour cream, pear syrup, and gingerbread spice. Sift the flour and baking soda and slowly mix in. Pour the batter into a buttered springform pan. Bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F). After baking, let cool until lukewarm and brush with pear syrup. Serve with whipped cream.
