Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 200 g chestnut puree (chestnut puree, frozen)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thaw the chestnut puree. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased cake pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 45-60 minutes. This cake is very quick to prepare and keeps well.
