Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 500 g Creme de Marrons
  • Rum at will

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter, separate the egg whites and yolks
  • Mix the melted butter and the crème de marrons, stir in the egg yolks, add flour and, if desired, a tablespoon of rum
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff, then carefully fold in the chestnut mixture
  • Pour the dough into small molds
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 30 - 45 minutes, depending on the size of the pan
  • Let cool down
  • Before serving, the fondants can be briefly heated in the microwave and served with a scoop of ice cream, for example
