Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg chestnut(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 ml rum (chocolate liqueur optional)
  • 50 g cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Peel the chestnuts and boil for 1 hour. Remove any remaining shells, puree the chestnuts, and mix with the remaining ingredients. Turn the mixture out onto cling film and form it into a sausage. Refrigerate and let it set for 1 hour. Serve sliced ​​with whipped cream.
