Chia pudding with banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 125 ml milk or almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds, white or black
  • 1 small banana(s), sliced
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar with real vanilla, organic
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

very simple and delicious, without cooking

Mix all ingredients. Finally, add the banana slices and refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Top with a few chopped almonds or walnuts, if desired.
