Chia pudding with yogurt and fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp, heaped chia seeds approx. 15 g
  • 50 ml milk, low-fat, or almond milk
  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp raspberries
  • 3 strawberries
  • ½ banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Add the chia seeds to approximately 50 ml of low-fat milk and mix well. Let the mixture soak for one hour. Then stir in the natural yogurt and garnish with the fruit. Alternatively, you can also add other berries, such as blueberries. Tip: If the pudding is too runny, you can add some oatmeal to thicken the liquid. The chia seeds can also be soaked overnight, so you only need to add the remaining ingredients the next morning.
