Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp, heaped chia seeds
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp, heaped flaxseed
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 100 g yogurt
- some fruit
- some nuts
- some cinnamon

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
A healthy start to the day
The night before, combine the first four ingredients and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, cut up the fruit of your choice and place it in a bowl. Mix the pudding and yogurt together and pour over the fruit. Stir in nuts, if desired, and season with cinnamon. The pudding can also be made with dried fruit.
