Chia strawberry pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml almond milk (almond drink) or soy milk
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 40 g chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Puree the milk and strawberries in a blender, then pour into a bowl with the chia seeds and stir. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. If desired, garnish the chia pudding with fresh strawberries before serving.
