Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed, with basil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

also good for dipping or in quark

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow a nice bond. Keeps refrigerated for 1 week.
