Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes, aromatic
  • 1 onion(s) red
  • 4 chili peppers
  • 4 tbsp coriander greens, chopped
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the peeled tomatoes with the other ingredients in a hand blender. Let stand for about 1 hour, stir, and serve. I didn’t deseed the chili peppers. If you don’t like it quite as spicy, you can remove the seeds. It tastes delicious and will keep fresh for a while in the fridge, if you have any leftovers at all.
