  • 2 Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Discs Toast
  • Grill seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Camembert
  1. Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into medallions. Sprinkle with grill seasoning mixture. Toast bread. Peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Also cut the cheese into slices and season with pepper.
  2. Heat the oil and sear the meat well, it must be done. Brush the toast with butter and cover with a lettuce leaf. Then place the meat on top and fan-shaped the kiwi and cheese slices. Serve right away.
