Ingredients
- 600 gr Waxy potatoes
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 Can Kidney beans 425ml)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, pepper, noble sweet paprika
- 3 Eggs
- 125 ml Milk
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Quench, peel and let cool.
- Clean and wash the spring onions and peppers. Cut spring onions into rings, peppers into strips, rinse beans and drain well. Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan with a lid. Fry the potatoes in it. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add spring onions, beans and peppers to the potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Pour egg milk over the potatoes and cover and let stand for about 10 minutes over low heat.
- Herbal quark tastes good with it.
