Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g spaetzle
  • some salt
  • 50 g bacon
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • some pepper
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 150 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the spaetzle according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the bacon. Brush and trim the mushrooms, and slice thinly. Fry the bacon cubes in hot oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the mushrooms over high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the sour cream into the mushrooms and pour in the milk. Simmer over medium heat for a few minutes until creamy. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Drain the spaetzle, stir into the mushroom pan, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with a green salad.
