Chicken and pineapple skewers

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • 2 slices of cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Make a marinade with soy sauce, oil, curry powder, and a pinch of pepper. Cut the chicken into cubes and let it marinate for about 20 minutes. Slice the onions into wedges. Cut the ham into strips about 2 cm thick and roll them up. Thread everything onto skewers in any order and place them on the grill until the meat is cooked. Turn occasionally.
