Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g spinach, frozen
- 200 g processed cheese, natural
- 400 g chicken fillet(s)
- 80 g Parmesan, grated
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with Parmesan
Sauté the chopped garlic clove in a pan, then combine the spinach and cream cheese in the pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper and place them in the casserole dish. Season the spinach and cheese mixture with salt and pepper and pour over the fillets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return the casserole to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
