Chicken Barbecue Quesadilla

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 port. Wrap(s) (tortil wraps)
  • 100 g chicken
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 150 g BBQ sauce
  • 70 g Gouda, grated or mozzarella or other cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the chicken in a pan with oil and season with salt and pepper after turning. Cook both sides thoroughly. Thinly slice the onions and add them to the chicken. Then remove the chicken from the pan and shred it with a fork on a plate until only small strands remain. Once the onions are translucent, add the shredded chicken back to the pan and mix with the BBQ sauce. Place the wrap in a new pan, sprinkle the cheese on one half, and spread the BBQ chicken mixture on top. Close the wrap and cook on both sides.
