Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 tbsp oil
- 8 tbsp sugar
- 8 tbsp flour
- 4 eggs
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 packs of cake glaze, clear
- 2 bars of milk chocolate
- banana(s)
- 2 cups of cream
- cocoa
- Confectionery (Milka hearts)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix oil, sugar, flour, eggs, and baking powder into a batter. Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes. Halve the bananas lengthwise and place them on the cooled base. Cook 2 packets of clear cake glaze according to the instructions, then dissolve two bars of chocolate in it and pour over the bananas. Let cool. When the mixture is firm, whip two cups of cream until stiff and spread over the cake, dust with cocoa, and decorate with Milka hearts.
