created for my dad who is on a diet

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F), prepare a frying pan and a shallow baking dish. Prepare the “breading stations.” Pour sesame paste into a deep dish, making sure the bottom of the dish is well covered, and season with salt, pepper, chili, and garlic. For the second dish, briefly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and add them. Lightly season the skin-side down with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in hot oil. Remove from the pan and pat dry with kitchen paper. Now press the chicken breast fillets, one at a time, skin-side down into the sesame paste and then into the sesame seeds. Place the fillets in the baking dish, sesame-side up, and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
