Chicken breast fillets with zucchini-thyme sauce and pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 500 g pasta (colored spirals)
  • 1 cube of soup seasoning
  • some sauce thickener
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • n. B. water
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the chicken breast fillets with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Brown them in a grill pan (or a non-stick pan) with oil, then reduce the heat and turn the pan over. Chop the onion and thinly slice the zucchini. Sauté the onion in a pan with a little oil, then add the zucchini and fry. Add water and bring to a boil, then crumble in the stock cube and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the thyme. Then stir in the crème fraîche. Stir in the sauce thickener until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Serve with a leaf or tomato salad.
