Yogurt bomb

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener, optional
  • possibly sugar, brown
  • Fruits of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Mix the yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff (I always use two packets of cream stiffener) and fold it in. Line a sieve with a kitchen towel, then pour the mixture into a container (so the liquid can drain away) and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then turn out the yogurt bomb and arrange fruit of your choice (I’m taking advantage of the strawberry season now) around it and serve. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar, if desired.
