Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 250 ml cream
- ½ jar ajvar
- some flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the chicken breast fillet and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Coat in a little flour and fry in heated oil in a pan until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan. Peel and finely dice the onion. Add to the pan and fry. Add the crème fraîche and cream and let it simmer slightly. Then add the ajvar and mix well. Add the meat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Carve the meat, arrange it on plates with the sauce, and serve. Serve with boiled potatoes.
