Chicken Breast in Bacon

- 4 Chicken breast fillets, 180 g each
- Pepper
- 20 Discs Bacon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Branches Rosemary
- 3 Pinches Garlic salt
- Pat the chicken breast fillets dry and season with pepper all over. Place 5 slices of bacon side by side on the work surface and wrap the chicken breast fillets in them.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic salt and rosemary. Fry the wrapped chicken breast fillets on the seam side in the hot oil for 3 – 4 minutes on all sides. Finish cooking in a hot oven at 160 ° C (fan oven 140 ° C) on the 2nd rack from the bottom in 10 – 12 minutes.
