Chicken Breast in Bacon

The perfect chicken breast in bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chicken breast fillets, 180 g each
  • Pepper
  • 20 Discs Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Branches Rosemary
  • 3 Pinches Garlic salt
  1. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry and season with pepper all over. Place 5 slices of bacon side by side on the work surface and wrap the chicken breast fillets in them.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic salt and rosemary. Fry the wrapped chicken breast fillets on the seam side in the hot oil for 3 – 4 minutes on all sides. Finish cooking in a hot oven at 160 ° C (fan oven 140 ° C) on the 2nd rack from the bottom in 10 – 12 minutes.
