Egg Salad with Asparagus
The perfect egg salad with asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
blanched:
- 3 Pc. Fresh asparagus
- 1 bunch Freshly chopped chives
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 a cup Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- 1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
Blanch the asparagus!
- Peel the asparagus, cut diagonally, blanch.
