Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 2 tbsp oil
- 40 g butter
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Peel the lemon zest into fine strips using a zester and squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Melt the oil and butter over low heat, add the meat, and cook for 10 minutes on each side. Remove, season, and keep warm. Briefly fry the garlic. Add 2 tablespoons of water, the lemon juice, zest, and parsley, season, and heat briefly. Spread over the meat with a spoon. Serve with mashed potatoes and buttered peas.
