Chicken breast strips with peppers and tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, colored, cleaned, cut into strips
  • 6 tomatoes, cleaned, cut into strips
  • 2 onions
  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • some butter or oil
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Sugar
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and sear them gently. Finely dice the onion and add it, then add the bell pepper and tomato strips to the pan and sauté briefly. Now slowly stir in the crème fraîche, add the chopped parsley, and season to taste. Tip: Goes well with wild rice or spaetzle.
