Ingredients
- 3 piece Fresh chicken breast approx. 150-170 grams per piece
- 300 g Fresh mushrooms
- 125 g Raw ham cubes
- 1 Shallot, chopped garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt, pepper, fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1.) Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and fry in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, season with salt and pepper. 2.) Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, fry the chopped shallot with the ham cubes in it. Clean and chop mushrooms. Add to the pot. Let it stew for 10 minutes. Add creme fraiche, season. Top with chopped parsley. Serving. For me there is the dish without fried potatoes, (low carb diet) For my husband & my grandson there is fresh fried potatoes. Hence the picture of the jacket potatoes. Possibly a fresh green salad with it ......
