Chicken breast with Saint-Marcellin

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 80 g soft goat cheese (Saint-Marcellin)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sour cream
  • 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

from the oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Oil a baking dish. Mix the cheese with the cream, sour cream, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients and place in the baking dish. Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
