Chicken breast with sesame from the tray

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of potato(s) (country potatoes) frozen, 600 gr
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 tbsp pesto, red from the jar
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

tasty and quick

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F), thaw the country potatoes. Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into large pieces. Wash the tomatoes, but leave them whole. Trim the spring onions and cut them into 2 cm pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Place everything on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes. Turn over and leave in the oven for another 15 minutes.
