  • 200 g zucchini
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Brown the minced meat in a little olive oil. Add the chopped onion, sliced ​​carrots, and grated zucchini and fry over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture cool. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread the meat mixture on top and roll up the puff pastry. Brush with olive oil and bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
