Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 small chickens (600 g each) or one large
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml white wine
- 300 g green grapes, halved
- 125 ml sweet cream
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Divide the chicken into 8 portions. Sear them well on all sides in hot fat. Season with salt and pepper and add white wine. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the halved grapes. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch mixed with the cream. Season to taste, if desired. Serve with rice.
