Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 400 g Gouda, sliced
- 150 g breakfast bacon
- 200 g cream
- 1 bottle of chili sauce, approx. 250 ml
- salt and pepper
- Butter, for greasing
Instructions

quick casserole with chicken breast, cheese and chili cream sauce
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the chicken fillet into 1cm thick slices and season with a little salt and pepper. Divide the cheese slices and cut into 2cm thick strips (2/3 of the cheese will do). Finely chop the bacon. Grease a baking dish and layer the cheese, chicken fillet, and bacon. Place the casserole in the oven for 15 minutes, then mix the chili sauce with the cream, spread over the casserole, and bake in the oven for another 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice or a baguette.
