Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 chicken drumsticks
- 1 bulb(s) garlic
- 5 shallots
- 1 cup dry sherry
- lots of rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Tapa vs. Vampires
Peel and slice the garlic. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Brown the garlic in oil and remove from the pan. Brown the chicken and shallots in the same pan with plenty of oil and also remove from the pan. Skim off any excess oil, then deglaze with a cup of sherry. Return the chicken, garlic, and shallots to the pan. Then finish cooking in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 30 minutes. You can also do this later. I recommend serving with white bread to mop up the sauce.
