Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup paprika powder, sweet
  • 3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 5 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 6 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 tsp salt
  • 2 ½ tsp oregano, dried
  • 2 ½ tsp thyme, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all the ingredients, and the rub is ready. It keeps perfectly in a twist-off jar and tastes great with more than just chicken.
