Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 1 gr. can/n peas with carrots
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 150 g asparagus, peeled
- 300 ml sweet cream
- 2 tsp flour
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. lemon juice
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes. Gently sauté the mushrooms and fillet cubes in a pan with oil for about 10 minutes, season with pepper and salt, and coat with flour. Cut the asparagus into medium-sized pieces. Add the peas, carrots, and asparagus to the pan. Add the cream and chicken broth and season with sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Simmer everything together for about 8 minutes. Serve the chicken fricassee with rice.
